Plant Identification Guide

Simply take a photo and our smart engine will identify your plant. Willow will present the plant's:

For the best results, please follow the steps below when taking a photo. 

Ensure your plant is well lit and in focus. Avoid dark or blurry photos.

Ensure the plant is in frame and the leave(s) are clear and complete. Avoid getting too close or taking the shot from too far away.

Try and include images of a leaf that show vein patterns, shape, and size. Taking a photo of the plant’s flowers will also help.

Avoid taking a photo of overly damaged or dying leaves.

Only include one species at a time.

Be mindful not to include your fingers or any other object that may lead to misidentification.

If Willow fails to identify your plant or the identified plant is not part of our database, please submit the response so our team of botanists can look to add it.
